redd tape started as a series of accidents. It was the summer of 2001 in Salt Lake City. One day Will was driving down the street and saw who he thought was his friend Steve. But it was not Steve. It was Scott. Will and Scott introduced themselves and Will went ahead and asked Scott if he played any instruments. Scott played the guitar. Will played the bass. They began playing together. One day when they were jamming, Will's new roomate Lindsay heard them and started playing some drums with them. She joined and they played their first show three weeks later. A few months down the road Sean joined and has been rocking the keyboard with Redd Tape ever since.
